Tikiti
Event ticketing · 0→1 platform
An event-ticketing platform built from an empty repo. I define the whole marketplace — how fans discover and book, how producers create and market shows, and how admins keep it trustworthy.
Open case →I take 0→1 products from nothing to live — across live events, AI, and fintech. Currently Founding PM at AgentAri (Tikiti · Ari); earlier a founding member at Deciml, driving 18× growth.

Open case →I turned creator-brand matching into a cheap, explainable database query. One LLM call maps both sides to a shared taxonomy — so matching runs as a sub-100ms SQL join at ~$0.01 per creator, not an expensive ML pipeline.

Ticketing a viral show and planning a national tour from one idea: own the demand. Captured demand & participation for IGL S2 (~1,000 tickets via WhatsApp), plus a 1,000,000-registrant engine that mapped the tour city by city.

Venue management — comic availability, show curation, and a WhatsApp journey.

Original-song talent for Vishal Dadlani — registration + admin auditioning.

An exclusive members' club — curated events & merch, gated at purchase.

A voice-first show landing built to convert attention into tickets.

A storefront for signed, limited collectible drops.

An operating system for 2-hour laundry — consumer, admin & delivery. Live.

Premium car detailing — doorstep & studio, build-sheet checkout.
Founding-member fintech — KYC, activation A/Bs, retention. 18× growth.
Devyog Developers — a static awareness website. Plus a library of clickable product prototypes behind the cases above.
Every product here was specified, prototyped, and pressure-tested with AI in the loop. I use it to collapse the distance between a PRD and something a stakeholder can actually click.
PRDs become working prototypes, so founders, artists, and engineers react to a real flow — not a wireframe.
Taxonomies, payout batching, demand signals, cost models — I define the logic so the UI is a consequence, not a guess.
Funnel A/Bs, cohort & RFM analysis, revenue simulators — I instrument the thing so the next call is evidence.
I'm a product manager with 5+ years building 0→1 products. I like the messy start: an ambiguous market, no roadmap, and a founder who needs to see something real by next week. My range runs from consumer live-events and the creator economy to AI platforms and regulated fintech.
What ties it together is a way of working — define the underlying system, prototype it into something clickable with AI in the loop, ship it, then let data pick the next fight. I write the PRDs, draw the journeys, and stay close to engineering and design until it's live.
